6. Auto-Bot, Expert Advisors and Third-Party Tools

Where we provide configuration guidance or scripts for automated trading on third-party platforms (such as MetaTrader), the use of such tools is at the user’s own discretion and risk. Automation can react faster than a human user, but it can also amplify losses, malfunction during news events, lose connectivity, conflict with broker conditions, or behave unexpectedly under unusual market conditions. The user is responsible for testing on a demo account, choosing parameters, monitoring the tool in real time and disabling it when appropriate.

7. Market and Technical Risks

Financial markets can be volatile and may move sharply, including outside trading hours. Slippage, gaps, requotes, spread widening, partial fills, missed signals, broker-side outages, internet failures or platform errors can all affect the outcome of a trade and may cause results to differ materially from any signal or example.
