1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website xinvestnews.com, the XInvest Telegram bot and channel, and any related content, tools and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, joining the Telegram channel/bot, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Who We Are

The Service is operated by IMPULSS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 2 Catkin Walk, Rugeley, WS15 2NS, United Kingdom (“XInvest”, “we”, “us”, “our”). XInvest is an independent information and analytics service that publishes trading signals, market commentary and educational materials related to FX (foreign exchange) and gold markets. References to “you” or “User” mean any person who accesses or uses the Service.

3. What the Service Is — and What It Is Not

XInvest provides:

• Trading signals (suggested entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels) for FX pairs and gold;
• Market commentary, analytics and educational content;
• Access to a private Telegram channel and a Telegram bot;
• Onboarding instructions and configuration guides for third-party platforms (e.g. MetaTrader);
• Optional setup support for auto-execution scripts/expert advisors that the User installs on their own broker account;
• VIP-tier features for paying subscribers.

XInvest is not a broker, dealer, exchange, payment institution, asset manager, investment adviser, or any other type of regulated financial intermediary. Specifically, XInvest:

• does not accept, hold or transfer client funds;
• does not open, operate or have access to trading accounts on behalf of Users;
• does not place, route or execute orders for Users;
• does not provide personalised investment advice or portfolio management;
• does not solicit deposits or guarantee any trading outcome.

All trading decisions and all interactions with brokers, exchanges and trading platforms are made by the User, on the User’s own account, at the User’s sole risk.

4. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or citizen of, any jurisdiction where receiving trading signals or related information is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Accounts and Access

Some features require registration on the website and/or activation in our Telegram bot. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or misuse of the Telegram channel/bot.

6. Subscriptions, Payments and VIP Access

Paid plans (including VIP access) are billed in advance for the period selected at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; XInvest does not store full card details. Prices, billing cycles and feature sets are described at the point of sale and may change for future billing periods with prior notice. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date through the cancellation flow indicated in your account or in the bot. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

7. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, XInvest grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license also covers the Telegram bot and any scripts, configurations or expert advisors we make available, strictly for use on your own trading account.

8. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• resell, redistribute, republish, mirror, scrape or otherwise share the signals, content or materials of the Service with any third party;
• share your account, subscription, Telegram access or VIP entitlements with anyone else;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer any bot, script, expert advisor or software provided to you;
• use the Service to mislead other persons, including by presenting our signals as your own personalised investment advice;
• use the Service in connection with any unlawful activity, market manipulation, or in breach of any applicable financial, tax or sanctions law;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its users.

You are solely responsible for: (a) the configuration and security of your trading account(s) with any broker; (b) the installation, parameters and supervision of any auto-execution tool you choose to run; (c) all trading decisions made on your account, whether or not based on our signals; and (d) all profits, losses, costs, taxes and fees arising from your trading activity.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on, and links to, third-party platforms including (without limitation) Telegram, MetaTrader, your chosen broker, our CRM/marketing provider (Leeloo) and our payment processors. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them, and XInvest is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions. Brokers are independent businesses; we are not affiliated with, agents of, or responsible for any broker you choose to trade with.

10. No Financial Advice; No Guarantees

All content distributed via the website, the Telegram channel and the bot is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Past performance, hypothetical performance and example results do not guarantee future results. Trading FX, gold and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Please read the Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer in full before using any signal.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, signals format, analytical methods, bot code, scripts, configurations and other materials forming part of the Service are owned by XInvest or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or timely operation. The Service, the Telegram channel/bot and signal delivery may be delayed, modified or suspended for maintenance, third-party outages, regulatory reasons or other causes outside our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XInvest, its owners, employees, contractors and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits, loss of trading capital, missed opportunities, slippage, broker outages, data loss, or any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any signal, bot, script or content provided. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to XInvest in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XInvest from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your trading activity, (c) your misuse of the Service or any tool we provide, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website and/or the Telegram channel. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — including paid access — if you breach these Terms, if continued provision becomes unlawful, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability, indemnity and governing law) will continue to apply.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence require otherwise.
